For use with any CanCooker

Spinach Beef Soup


  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 32 oz. cartons beef broth
  • 2 14.5 oz. cans diced tomatoes with green pepper, celery and onion undrained
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tbsp CanCooker Onion Pepper Seasoning
  • 3 cups uncooked bow tie pasta
  • 4 cups fresh spinach coarsely chopped
  • Parmesan Cheese grated


  • In any CanCooker on a medium-to-medium low heat source cook beef and garlic until beef is no longer pink; about 8 minutes.
  • Add broth, tomatoes,basil, CanCooker Onion Pepper Seasoning and bow tie pasta. Cook until pasta is tender; about 15 minutes. Add in spinach and stir untilwilted. Top with grated parmesan cheese.
