For use with any CanCooker

Ingredients
- ½ pound Ground Venison
- ½ package Taco Seasoning
- 1 head Lettuce Separated into large leaves
- Shredded Cheese
- 1 package Rice Precooked
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 cup Mushroom
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Diced
Directions
- In non-stick CanCooker JR or Companion, heat 1 tbsp of coconut oil using medium low heat and brown ground venison. Add taco seasoning, 1/4 cup of water and stir until most of the water has evaporated.Add rice, coconut oil, mushroom, spinach and tomatoes and heat CanCooker until steaming. Cook for 5-10 minutes.Serve on lettuce leaves and cover with shredded cheese. Soft or hard tortillas can also be used or serve with tortilla chips as a shared dish.
