For use with any CanCooker

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- ½ cup Red Onion diced
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 4 Zucchini halved and sliced
- ½ lb Fresh Mushrooms sliced
- 1 Tomato diced
- 1 Clove Garlic minced
- 1 tsp CanCooker All-Purpose Seasoning
Directions
- Heat oil in a non-stick CanCooker over medium heat.
- Saute’ onions with salt and pepper for 2 minutes.
- Stir in zucchini and mushrooms.
- When zucchini begins to soften, add tomatoes, garlic, and CanCooker All-Purpose Seasoning.
- Steam until heated through, about 15 minutes.
