Diced ham
2 ¼ cup milk
12 eggs
1 ½ teaspoon salt
2 ½ cups cubed bread crumbs
2 teaspoons dry mustard
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Mix ham, milk, eggs, salt, bread crumbs and mustard in the nonstick CanCooker and cover.

Cook on low for 20 minutes.

Remove from heat. Stir in cheese and recover. Cook for 5 more minutes.
