INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup grated parmesan
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 24 oz beef broth
  • Keto Marinara sauce

DIRECTIONS:

In large bowl combine ground beef, egg, parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, pepper and salt. Mix ingredients together and form equal-sized meatballs. Place 2-piece rack in the bottom of the CanCooker and add 24 oz beef broth. Place the meatballs on the rack, close lid and steam on medium for 20 minutes. Let rest in CanCooker for 5 minutes. Remove meatballs and top with keto marinara sauce.
