Smoked Sausage with Satueed Vegetables

  • 2‐3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ring of Johnsonville smoked sausage cut into pieces
  • 1 cup of green beans
  • 1 cup of red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup of onion, diced
  • CanCooker all-purpose seasoning (season to taste)
  • Salt and pepper (season to taste)


In a non-stick CanCooker add the oil, sausage, green beans, red bell pepper and onion.

Cook on a medium temperature and saute stirring occasionally until vegetables are tender. Approx 20 minuntes.

Season to taste with our CanCooker All Purpose Seasoning, salt and pepper.

We are not adding liquid to this recipe, we are using the non-stick feature to saute instead of steam.
