2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4-6 slices bacon, cut into ½ inch strips
- 1 medium onion – diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 head green cabbage – cored and quartered
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper
In any non-stick CanCooker add butter, bacon, onion, garlic and cabbage. Cover and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes stirring occasionally. Add Worcestershire, salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
The bacon adds a nice flavor - even my kids enjoyed the cabbage.
