Steamed Blueberry Dump Cake

  • ½ cup butter – melted

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup white sugar 1 cup milk
  • 4 cups fresh blueberries
  • 4 mini disposable loaf pans



Mix flour, sugar, milk and melted butter in a bowl until combined.  Lightly fold blueberries into the batter.  Grease two of the mini loaf pans and fill half full with the batter.  In any CanCooker place rack in the bottom and add water to the top of the rack.  Place pans on rack, close lid and on a medium heat bring CanCooker to a steam.  Steam cakes for 30 minutes.  Remove lid and steam for an additional 15 – 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.  Repeat with remaining two loaf pans.  Carefully remove loaf pans from the CanCooker and cool on a wire rack for 20 minutes.
