1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- salt and ground black pepper to taste (optional)
In a non-stick CanCooker heat the canola oil over medium heat. Add the green beans and cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Add the soy sauce, garlic, garlic chili sauce and honey. Place on the lid and cook on low medium heat, stirring occasionally, until green beans are tender. Approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
When summer is here and the garden beans, grill a steak and steam some beans in the CanCooker, yum, yum!
