Jalapeno Corn Bread with Honey Butter

- Prepare cornbread as instructed on the box. Add the corn and jalapeno to the cornbread mixture and stir until well combined. Grease two of the mini loaf pans and fill half full with the batter. In any CanCooker place rack in the bottom and add water to the top of the rack. Place loaf pans on the rack and on a medium-to-medium low heat bring the CanCooker to a steam. Steam the cornbread for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Repeat with the two remaining loaves of cornbread. Mix together the butter and honey and serve with the cornbread.
