Using a non-stick CanCooker JR or Companion, place on your Multi-Fuel Burner, stove or other heat source using medium low heat. Add butter, celery, onion and garlic and cook for 3-5 minutes stirring occasionally until transparent. Add flour and cook mixture for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, stirring constantly. Add milk, half and half, beer, Dijon mustard, potatoes and ham. Simmer on low for 20 minutes. Add cheese and cook until melted, 5-10 minutes.Garnish with green onion & serve immediately.Enjoy!
