For use with any CanCooker

German Brat Seafood Boil


  • 1 pkg 9 oz. uncooked bratwurst links
  • 1 medium onion quartered
  • 2 12 oz. can of beer or chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp CanCooker Original Creole Seasoning
  • 5 medium ears of corn cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 lbs small red potatoes
  • 1 medium lemon halved
  • 1 lb fresh cod cut into 1-inch pieces


  • In any CanCooker add bratwurst links, onion, beer or broth, CanCooker Original Creole Seasoning, corn, potatoes and lemon. Place lid on CanCooker and steam for 30 minutes on a medium-to-medium low heat source.
  • Add cod to the CanCooker and continue to cook an additional 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
