For use with any CanCooker

Honey Buffalo Meatball Sliders


  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Louisiana style hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup apricot preserves
  • 1 24 oz pkg frozen fully cooked Italian turkey meatballs thawed
  • 12 mini/slider buns
  • bibb lettuce leaves
  • crumbled blue cheese
  • ranch salad dressing
  • additional hot sauce optional


  • Mix the first 6 ingredients together until smooth.  Stir in meatballs until well combined.  Add the meatballs to any CanCooker and place on a medium-to-medium low heat source. Stirring occasionally cook the meatballs 15 to 20 minutes until the meatballs are heated through.  If desired add more hot sauce.  Serve meatballs on buns with lettuce.  Top with blue cheese and add ranch dressing.
