For use with any CanCooker

Island Kielbasa

Prep Time - 5 minutes
Cook Time - 20 minutes


  • 2 pound Kielbasa Cut into ½-inch slices
  • 2 cups Ketchup
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 20 ounces Canned Pineapple Chunks


  • In a non-stock CanCooker add all ingredients and stir until thoroughly blended. Place on lid and cook on medium low heat for approx. 20 minutes, stir every 5 minutes.
    This recipe is best served hot, it is quick and easy and a potluck favorite.
