For use with any CanCooker

Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 6-8 skinless & boneless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms sliced
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1 tbsp capers drained
- 1 tbsp cornstarch or as needed
Directions
- In any CanCooker, add in the chicken broth, chicken thighs, onion and garlic and cook for 10 minutes on a medium-to-medium low heat source.
- Stir in the mushrooms, rosemary, and sage and cook for 15 minutes.
- Add in cream, butter, lemon, capers and cornstarch. Continue to cook until the sauce has thickened; about 10 minutes.
