Campfire Potatoes




  • 1 1/2 lbs. red potatoes, cut into bite size chunks
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 tbsp. minced garlic
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • CanCooker Original Creole Seasoning
In a Non-Stick CanCooker Jr. or CanCooker Companion, add butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and onion and saute on low medium heat until onions are translucent.  Stire in potatoes, latch lid and cook for additional 30 minutes.  Stir occasionally.  Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
