- 1 fully cooked boneless ham – 4 to 5 pounds
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup brown sugar packed
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 20 oz unsweetened crushed pineapple undrained
- In any CanCooker, mix cornstarch and lemon juice until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Add ham and cover with the sauce. On a medium-to-medium low heat source cook the ham for 45 minutes. A thermometer inserted in ham should read at least 140.
- Remove ham from the CanCooker and place on a serving plate. Cover ham with remaining sauce and enjoy.
